Always enjoyed their food and service and been a customer for 4 years. Pizza arrived with no spacer so most of the toppings where stuck to the lid. Gave the delivery driver £10 pound note and asked for a fiver.change as a tip. He said "he'll just go to car and get £5 change and I never saw him again. Lost a regular customer as I will never use again.

I have never bothered to write a review but after this experience I couldnt not. Been a customer with Uno's for over 15 Years, never had an issue until today. Ordered online was advised 75 mins, 2 hours later began calling the shop. Got cut off over and over for another hour, when I finally got through they advised me they was just cooking it, I asked for a refund. Been left with no tea and now waiting for a £20.00 refund.Its clearly gone down hill when you read the reviews, thought it was just one offs on delivery but a 2 hour+ wait must be normal for this company now. Dont waste your time use champions dovecot, similar Pizza's no messing about on deliveries.

Please don't bother. Ordered a pizza online Friday the 29th of September at 9pm, took my £14 quid, Waiting time was 80 mins, after 90 mins I phoned to enquire about delivery time, the very stressed out apologetic staff member said that he didn't know what the delivery would be as they only had one driver. I asked for a refund, we shall see. By the way, I always tip.

Phone ordered for kebab to collect. Was told 25 mins, collected after 20 mins. When I got home it was cold, chicken was dry & burnt, pitta was rock hard. Will not be goi g there again.

Lucky to get one star on this. Waited over two hours for food to come. They put wrong ingredients on a pizza they advertised. Chicken was burnt to a crisp on the chicken kebab. Chips came were hard and cold. Food was completely pathetic. We are first time customers from there. Never again. Absolutely awful

Avoid this place can't believe what has just been delivered to my door, but even worse was the response from the seller food Stone cold also only two dips should have been at least six (would not have been a concern if everything else was satisfactory only two of us we would have made do) called immediately to complain to be told food can't be cold as you only live over the road so Yes why was the food cold? Offered full refund driver would collect food. 20 minutes later heard driver pull up outside due to extremely loud music he plays again went to the door and he was three doors away (strange when he had only been to our house 20 min earlier surly he knew were to come back it was like a knock an run ) obviously no intention of sorting out the issue and drove away as i came out trying to catch his attention so here we are left with 20 pounds of total cold dried up left over food

Just paid for a 14 inch Mighty Meaty and it has took the trophy for the worst pizza i have ever had ! I called the shop explaining the pizza had no tomato puree on the base, this made the pizza horrible as it was to dry to consume... The pizza was wafer thin and dry as a yard brush :-/The toppings where like rubber, never in my life will i use this place again ! Am sticking to Dominos from now on as you get what you actually pay for..There is cutting corners to save money and all, but this just took the complete biscuit.The picture below is what was underneath the dry base with no puree to speak off. Look closely and the thin brown thread worms looking things was apparently spicy beef (Vomit)I used to basically run a pizza shop in Huyton years ago, i have made thousands of pizzas and there is simply no excuse for food like this...Please avoid it's disgusting

Cheaper than Domino's, small takeaway, great pizzas, polite staff, but cash only, and the delivery policy is weird - I only live around a mile away but I'm outside their delivery range. But nice pizzas!Parking: No real parking at the shop. But 3 free car parks within a few minutes walk.
