The place is tired looking & would benefit from a deep clean. The toilets were truly disgusting & worse than public toilets.Staff friendly enough & toasted sandwich very good...... but... the rating is poor due to the unhygienic toilets.

After waiting ages i noticed that everything has gone up in price ! AGAIN ! I understand that’s a general costa and not just the one in Diss but i was outraged to say the least.Parking: Few parking spaces and very busyWheelchair accessibility: Not assessable to my son

Love the food, coffee and friendly and helpful staff
Not quite up to the normal high Costa standards as both a cortado and flat white fell somewhat short of what I'd expect. Both were a tad too cold and the milk wasn't foamed to perfection. The real let down was the loo - it needed a darned good clean!

Costa has changed their coffee. They roast the beans for longer, which isn't to everyone's taste. You get 3 shots of coffee in a regular! It's too bitter! Luckily, the staff were helpful in changing our coffees and reducing the amount of coffee shots, took 3 attempts to get it to taste right, but the boy was pleasant about the situation.

Luckily, the staff were helpful in changing our coffees and reducing the amount of coffee shots, took 3 attempts to get it to taste right, but the boy was pleasant about the situation.
