We come here for breakfast regularly and I myself always order 2 lots of 2 pieces of toast (this is where they get confused) so that means I should received 4 pieces total. However, every single time without fail I only receive 2 pieces. The machine doesn’t give you a receipt so despite us telling the server that we’re expecting more, we never receive it and quite frankly they tend to be rude about it claiming that we must’ve gotten confused when ordering. This has also happened at the Beccles and Dereham Morrisons Cafe, not just here. On the contrary, the food always tastes amazing hence why we return, it’s just the service that’s an issue unfortunately.

Visited Diss Morrisons cafe for food Saturday afternoon for the first time, ordered the pie lunch, after starting eating it the mushy peas were fairly cold, the pie top was rock hard and after taking it off was the inside which was hard and black ? ( see pics)had to take it back and get a refund after seeing it they didn't dispute it and gave a full refund the food was terrible and unedible. wont be going there again.

This I went for breakfast I choose an ultimate breakfast my breakfast and my mates breakfast was different even though we ordered the same breakfast.So I went up for the counter and ask why have got a large breakfast I ordered a ultimate break.The women admitted she made a mistake and said she would sort it.I got a ultimate breakfast. Can't fault this cafe breakfast lush and the customer is on point will definitely be going back again !!

Had a very harassed staff at till. Lady on her own. Working the till and cooking. Coffee was from a instant jar sitting by till with spoon . Machines out of order for drinks. When food arrived the lady said nothing. Plates virtually thrown at us. Awful experience. Never going into Diss cafe again.

Never visiting again. Poor lady serving on her own and trying to run kitchen. Coffee was from an instant jar and a spoon that she put into your cup. Machines out of order. When food arrived she said nothing. Plates practically thrown at us and walked off. Not a good experience as with my parents in there eighties. Terrible

A young girl, on her own did a great job, and couldn't be more helpful. I don't think she did the cooking cuz it wasn't great and it was late, after 6, so we were surprised they served us, but the service was excellent. ?

A nice place to have a hot drink or lunch before shopping. Good prices, clean space and the staff are really helpful and friendly. Recommended going.Some things are self service - like cakes, drinks - so the service is very fast. Cappuccino is delicious.

Waited 20minutes for cold chips and a lukewarm burger, a cold kids mac n cheese. No coffee, no lasagna, no pie and no mushy peas available - I can understand running out of some meals but running out of coffee seems ridiculous. Staff didn't seem bothered about customer service, most of the time the staff were outback with nobody out front to serve customers. Tables were left dirty, with previous customers plates on etc for long periods of time.
