I took my mum for a wonderful Mother’s Day lunch here yesterday and oh my goodness! The staff were so lovely, welcoming and attentive. The food was delicious and came out so quickly. They were even giving out daffodils to all the mothers such a lovely touch. Thank you for making mine and my mums Mother’s Day lunch so amazing!! Will definitely be back soon xxx

We went to the waterfront for mother's day yesterday and WOW. The staff welcomed us and showed us to our table straight away. They were polite and welcoming. The service and the food were exceptional. They even gave all three mums a bunch of daffs(what a lovely touch). Were really hoping they are open on boxing day so we can have our annual boxing day lunch there. We'll done all at the waterfront x

We found we were going to be in Diss for a rugby game on Mother’s Day so had to book somewhere last minute. We’re not snobs but like good food and phoned a few recommended places in the area but they were all full. We booked into The Waterfront Inn unsure what to expect. Lucky for us the food was great, staff attentive and service extremely quick.

Lady behind the bar needs customer service training.Very rude from the second we walked in, we sat down to order, she then came over and was again very rude so we ended up leaving and going elsewhere.Will not be returning because this made us feel very unwelcome.
