“Whenever we have a rideout to Downham Market, we always come to the Downham Cafe. The service, food and value is extremely good. View of the clock tower and centre pretty good too. All in all we highly recommend the cafe. We would give more than 5 statrs if we could. Suzannah, front of house and the team, thank you.”

and a Mushroom Wellington. Enormous portions. Good service, nice subdued lighting, very clean, lovely decor.”

“Very tasty meals of burger and chips and chicken burger and chips, excellent beer and a very helpful and knowledgeable landlord.
We were only passing through, but we will return to this area again solely on the hospitality shown to outsiders like us.

“The fish & chips were well cooked with lovely crisp batter. Me & my wife had kebabs again very nice, our only slight criticism was the kebab meat was put on top of the salad so it got a bit fatty as a result. Plenty of parking right outside. Worth a visit.”
