Staff were a bit blunt, the whole toilet situation is a ball ache, you have to put a pin in from your receipt to use the toilet. Really not a good idea and is inconsiderate to your customers as you and your kids have to hold it in until you've received your receipt, then go to the toilet while your food gets cold. I find subways very hit and miss which is not good for the brand. I am aware your a franchise but many other franchises run very similar like arc car washes, KFC and mc donalds so I'm sure subway can sort this minor problem of being inconsistent out.

Delivered food was cold on arrival. Subway are blaming just eat and it seems like there is no complaints system. Either that or just a difficult team. Been hung up on twice. Just eat are offering a pathetic resolve. I will not order from either just eat or subway ever again. I find it very unprofessional that subway are putting the blame on just eat.

Ordered Via JustEat, food never arrived and Subway marked as delivered. Had to request my money back and wait 7 days for a partial refund. Shop owned by scammers ! Dont order online you wont see your food or any money.

Went in on Sunday 19th November at 3.15pm and some lad serving literally rolled his eyes when people come in. Didn’t say hello, just waited for the customer to say their order. I get it’s not your dream job but being polite is literally what you’re paid for. It’s so embarrassing on their part.I don’t know who it was but they’d be gone in a second if I saw that as the manager.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!This establishment is AWFUL! Treat staff like dirt, food is sub par and so is the service (from the manager). Staff are mostly school leavers and not really interested in being at work, this is obvious by the lack of effort and customer service. I’ve heard staff say the milk is out of date but being used anyway, seen ROTTING SALAD, and the manager is a prick!

Shocking customer service. Ordered a delivery via JustEat & the order was incorrect, late & stone cold. Phoned the store & it was agreed the next order I place would be free for the inconvenience. I’m then told weeks later when I order again that basically that phone call never happened the way I said & that nothing would be done for I’m the inconvenience of paying £20 for food that could not be eaten.

No surprises its just subway, but the best thing is this one is really quiet, so you actually eat in with relative peace.
