So this is basically a Garden Center with attached food shop and restaurant. The food shop had your typical high quality farmers shop type food. I tried the taster bits of the fresh sausage rolls (several times) and they were very tasty. They had 5 or 6 different types that I would have brought except for the fact I was getting food in the restaurant. The restaurant and bar are nice. The food is your traditional fayre with a few notable additions. The food was tasty and came quickly even though the restaurant was busy. You can hear the staff shouting out orders ans communicating like you see in Gordon Ramsey restaurants so it seems very well run...which shows with the quality of the food.If I lived closer I would probably come here at least once a month it was that nice. All it all, it was a good restaurant, with good staff and nice food.

Unfortunately the food was awful. The fish and chips were really small, fish wasn't fresh and had no flavour, the batter was thick and not crispy very stodgy. The Asian chicken was cold and had an awful consistency to the sauce. Very noisy inside, quick service however I wouldn't return, at £16 a meal definitely not.

Becoming a bit of a regular recently which I'm surprised to say because I haven't been impressed in the past but they've upped their game and the service, atmosphere and food is now lovely... Well done worzals.. Keep it

The BEST Roast dinner we’ve ever had! Literally every item on the plate was exceptional. We will certainly be back. Hats off to the chef and the staff were friendly too. You have to try this place if you haven’t already!

Very disappointed hardly any meat in butchers and very expensive what was left.

One of Norfolks finest !

On the whole, very nice. A few of the less good parts were likely just due to me not reading the menu properly and everyone else loved their food hence the 4 stars. Only criticism is the disappointing Veggie tater tots, the tomato on it was just whole tinned plum tomatoes and as a result everything was very soggy! The bannoffee pancakes really needs fresh banana, the banana chips made it hard to eat.

I came to Worzals for my 24th birthday two weeks ago. My mac and cheese was excellent but looking over at my friend's plate, I felt deep sympathy for his 'salad'. It felt very rushed and ill-presented, as you can see in the picture. My salad as well was a bit poor, basically just peppers and lettuce. Considering the price, I felt as though it should have been of a higher quality unfortunately. But other than that my meal was delicious!

As we have been a number of times previously, we were looking forward to our pre-booked table for the pancake day menu that we had arranged for 11am.Firstly I will make it clear that the food was once again very good and this has always been the case. However when we arrived (at 1055 for an 1100 booking) we were told that we would have 8 minutes to order otherwise we could not have food as the kitchen would close. At no point were we told this when we booked and why would you allow people to book tables for food (especially with children) for this time if you know the kitchen closes. It took a few minutes to be given our table and we were once again reminded we only had a few minutes to order. A minute later after receiving menus we were asked for food and drink orders. With 4 children ranging from 2 to 8 and 4 adults this was no easy task and we couldn't have been made to feel any more inconvenient. When the food did come out we had an additional 5 minute wait for one of this children's food however the food was very good and enjoyed by all.In summary we were really unhappy with the lack of communication and relayed this to the (presumably) manager who didn't really have anything to say. We were already made to feel like an inconvenience which was really disappointing given that we really enjoyed the food. It was busy but not the busiest we've seen it so I don't feel there was really an excuse for it. Despite visiting reguarly in the past we will probably think twice before booking again.

Had the Sunday dinner and it was absolutely not worth the money. The only option on a Sunday is a roast or a roast.Meat was really tough, veg is average. service is always pretty slow. Wouldn't bother going

Even though we booked a table for 6 we were given 2 sofas and a coffee table not big enough for 6 drinks plus plates my elderly companions found it difficult to eat with plates balanced on their knees. Couldn't see cakes on offer so just had tea which was a t bag in a mug I prefer a cup and teapot. We will look for somewhere else to meet next time.
