Went into the Gorleston branch today the area manager gave me a free meal due to parts of previous meal being out of date. Was told I couldn’t use it in there ha dot go to subway I go previous meal, although I can’t see why they couldn’t take it but fair enough, but did they have to be so rude, good manners don’t cost anything.
Great service, great wrap (Nacho Chicken) very impressed.

Seemed like ingredients were out of stock like meatballs for marinara. Server was surly when the customer pulled down the mask to speak. Doubtful if we will go again.

Placed an order for a meal deal on Uber eats.I ordered an extra of cheesy garlic bread which was stupidly placed inthe bag with my cold bottle of pepsi.My cookies was in the bag with my toasted sub so they was all melted.The package was not thought through at all.Half of the cookie was missing and they forgot to put cheese in my sub which without just makes it a hot tuna sub ?
