Waited for 2 kebabs and kids meals to turn up. Kebabs were completely wrong customer service not good enough and wasn't prepared to put it right as too busy.

We have used the Kebab Hut for several years, and in the past, have been happy with the food they provided. The last year or so the food has totally gone downhill to the extent that tonight we returned our food and requested a refund. You may not be able to work it out from the pictures, but one of these is a margarita and the other a Chicago town pizza. Needless to say we are finished ordering food from here. There are plenty of other takeaways who offer good service and quality food. For some reason the restaurant don’t acknowledge the feedback comments they are getting and always put the same generic reply.

Had a Chicken shish wrap delivered and the entire thing was dipped from top to bottom in orange grease. I took two bites out of it before feeling sick on the oily texture. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It breaks my heart leaving this review as we always rated this the better of the two kebab places in hoveton (wroxham) We know if you order at a quiet time kebab meat may not be as good when busy but the last two takeaway meals we have had have been dreadful. The bread and salad ii fine but you keep on serving old tired lamb meat. Its curled up tight and black with moisture long gone. The southern chicken we had was dry as a bone having been kept warm far too long. Guys we love your previous food but one more like this and Royal get a shout You know us you deliver to us in horning Sort it or we are gone

Kebab portions are on the smaller side and the meat was a little dry which was a shame. Parking was a little tricky due to flooding in car park opposite

Every other Friday on route home I call in for a medium lamb Donna kebab roughly 6pm and every time I get the kebab it’s dry crispy small/large chunks of meat! I reckon it’s whats left over the night before and they fry/keep in the oven ready to serve to unlucky people like me. I’ll never return or recommend. Awful ?

I live in the local area and have been using these guys for several years for delivery. I found it strange that the price they said on the phone was different to what the delivery driver said. When I asked the delivery driver for the price today he gave me a different price to the order that was phoned though. I asked him why and he told me I had to pay for the delivery driver directly. I asked the driver why I had a texted stating the price I should pay at which point he chucked my food at my front door. The food from these guys was great and the staff in shop are always helpful. But watch out for the delivery drivers.
I will never, for as long as I live buy anything from this place again! Placed our order on justeat, they missed a kebab on the order, we called the place to ask for a refund or the missing food sent out. Every time they had no argument they claimed they didn’t understand and then told us it was impossible that the food wasnt there and called us liars! Absolutely horrendous service, food was stone cold, took 2 hours to be delivered and called a liar because they made a mistake. Dont even bother!

I won’t be reviewing the food as I decided to not order in the end due to the customer service. The person that gave me service was uninterested and unprofessional. They hadn’t took my order correctly and progressed to get annoyed at me after we tried to correct the order with them. We decided to leave after this.

This place has gone downhill. Paid £26 for two kebabs and 6 wings. I didn’t even get the wings they weren’t in the bag. After a 20 minute wait for the food I couldn’t be bothered to go back. Kebabs were tiny. I will not be returning.
