Ordered on the app . My Daughter walked all the way up to collect it then got home to find that her burger was missing . !! Not the first time either. Your useless skeleton of a staff member had one job and it could not even do that absolutely useless. My question is what happened to the burger?? Did it get stolen or eaten by your useless staff member and were is my refund!!!

Ordered our food on the app....arrived and registered on app as there, waited 25 minutes for our food due to problems with the pies, got home and order was missing the chips and everything stone cold.... normally check orders before leaving due to this happened a few times here to myself and friends but just wanted to get home tonight after waiting so long

Great service as always at the Hoveton/Wroxham McDonalds. Paul the lobby host greeted us with a smile and hello, he always makes us feel welcome. My wife and I had breakfast today, porridge and cappuccinos. Merry Christmas Eve to all the team.Parking: Best place to park is the Long stay Roys car park. A few minutes stroll at the most.
