It’s Roy’s cafe… if you’re looking for gourmet you’ve come to the wrong place. If want great simple food and a brilliant price, this is a winner!

Only had drinks with a friend, tea for two £1.99 which is great value for money. Food looked inviting so will definitely return again

Great prices, good quality food and drinks, the dining area is a little dated but functional and clean.

Good little cafe with decent food and at a very reasonable price. Friendly staff, good selection of cakes. Toilet facilities inside too.

Extremely slow service and do not have items you want and when the food does arrive it was quite a poor standard

We visit this cafe quite often and are mostly happy with the service and food. It is good value for money, the food is always fresh and tasty. Our recommendation would be that one member of staff makes the hot drinks whilst another serves the food and takes the payment as this does cause a delay, perhaps this is because of under staffing. We chatted to Tina today who was very pleasant and helpful.

15 minute wait to heat up a bland and obviously tinned soup. May aswell have bought a can and heated it up at home. Would've been quicker and cheaper!

Whilst the coffee was good the man making it was abrupt,The other staff were great, interacting and friendly

Wheelchair accessibility: I use a mobility scooter. I place my order and the guys or one or the girls brings it over for me. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Very friendly and helpful. Have even got to know what I have every time. Tina and her team are fantastic.

Very very slow service, over 35 mins queing, hadn't got what was advertised, charged different price than was advertised

The place was in need of an update, looked like something out of a 1970's time warp. Bought 2 lattes and they were luke warm milk with very little evidence of any coffee.

Since moving to North Norfolk a year ago my wife and I have visited this cafe several times and always been very pleased with the quality of the food. On our last visit my wife had a very tasty prawn sandwich and I had a hot cheese and onion pastie. Both very nice and with two capacinos at a price of a little over £9 very good value. Ignore the dated criticism on here. Because it is all made fresh of course they are going to run out of choices on a busy day.

We visited at 2pm - no chicken, no egg, no paninis, staff not very happy - well man on the till. Bread not fresh. No garnish at all. Man put little stainless steel milk jug inside my cup and rolled his eyes when I took it out and asked for a clean cup. No face masks - covid aware! NO! A polite apology for lack of food but just said ‘no paninis left’ . Rude. I won’t be back here and neither will my friends
