“Great village pub for food and drinks! We have been lots of times over the years for lots of different occasions. The food is always great and they have a great selection of drinks. There is a lovely beer garden and they always put on lots of events that are will supported. Great pub!”

With a heart warming wood burner and friendly staff- the welcome is fantastic.

“We drove past last Sunday and tha smell of Sunday lunch cooking was mouth watering… we couldn’t stop… so this Sunday 31/8/2025…we found the pub again.. no booking… not a problem it was a lovely day if we eat out side we could be served with food…. Roast beef although all meats were available…it did not disappoint…delicious ?”

Absolutely top-notch. Crispy, golden fish and perfect chips every time! The online ordering system is almost too convenient—I blame them for my snug waistband, but it’s worth every bite.
