Bushel & Strike is a great family restaurant, they have great food, will also do steak but u have to place order for steak a day before so they can buy fresh and you won't be disappointed. They have a great beer garden and facilities for children to play and the prices are very reasonable, would highly recommend if you are in the area

Walked in only to be told no food available as had a couple of diners in the restaurant side. Even pub regulars said there is only 3 of us but bar lady point blank refused and was quite rude about it. I tried phoning earlier however they never pick up the phone. Shocking as we travelled 5 miles to get to somewhere to be turned away. Stay away from this place

disappointed. we went here hoping to have a nice dinner out on our holidays, we tried to call them to see if they were serving, they didn’t answer just like some other reviews said, they never answer the phone. we went there in person and they told us that they weren’t serving, the woman telling us wasn’t even kind about it! maybe if they’d answered the phone we would’ve know. would not recommend nor would come back, EVER!

Lovely little pub , sat in the beer garden because it was nice and warm . Deffo going again . Really nice bar staff too .

Trif bar kitchen staff very nice welcoming and very friendly. Food very plentiful(proper plate full). Only down side was the decor tatty drab need a good paint job. But will call again good atmosphere.

I had too give this place one star just to rate it if it was up to me it would be a zero starDidn't answer their phones so thought we would turn up and see and well tables outside absolutely filthy empty cigarette packets everywhere. Inside was no better dark and dingy. The gentleman at the bar informed me rather rudely they are not doing food. Wouldn't of wanted to eat their anyway. Basically don't waste your time.
