While the service and food was fine, the surroundings are appalling- dirty scuffed floors and tables, paint peeling off walls and badly stained toilets. The whole place needs cleaning and decorating.

Nice coffee shop. Prices as you would expect. High. Some good voucher codes hanging about at the mo meaning much cheaper.

Not a great atmosphere. Staff not as happy and inviting as I'd would have liked. Could. Not use my cafe Nero app to get stamp as they say it's not applicable with the free coffee ? By using my "free" app , I still pay £2 so how is it free as such ?

I couldn’t get through the single door as not wide enough for my wheelchair and the double part of the door was locked. That would have been a fire hazard got those inside too trying to get through a narrow door . No staff came out to help so went elsewhere . Usually I’ve found no problems in the pedestrian area for wheelchair use so it’s not out me off going to Kings Lynne

Whilst the staff are great, friendly and helpful the shop itself is tatty, tired and well overdue a refit. The fridges are very noisy, which ruins the atmosphere. Hopefully Nero senior management are on the case.

Like all the Neros now they're a bit run down but the coffee is cheaper, better, and the atmosphere still cooler than the others. Needs a lick of paint.

This cafe is the filthiest cafe I’ve ever seen. People sit in the cafe to relax and have coffee and to eat but all the time I see big dogs there how they allow dogs come to eating area. The tables are oily and the floor has been black because of dirt and dogs hair. Some of the stuffs are rude with customers. I used to go but not anymore.

A nice place to enjoy a hot cup of coffee especially on a cold day of December. Since I’ve been coming back several times for a few months already, almost all the cakes were delicious along with the pastries. Comfy wise okay as they have got sofas to sit on but I would advise for you to come around not on peak hours as the comfy seats get easily full. Some says empty plates/cups were being left on the tables but not a problem for me as I can just help and clear it for me to use. Other than that, I would recommend going to this cafe if you want to relax and enjoy a nice cup of coffee. Cheers! ☕️?

Date of Visit: 25/11/2023 - Dirty, uncleared tables everywhere (I understand that it’s a Saturday, but not one staff member came over to clear my dirty table, which was full of used cups, plates, and cutlery) It’s also worth mentioning that all the other dirty tables around me were ‘slowly’ getting cleared and wiped ! Looks like they’ve employed ‘kids’ (I get it’s ‘cheaper’) who seem more interested in chatting about what they are doing after their shift than making sure the business / franchise owner that pays their wages has customers who actually want to return… sadly, I won’t be one of them; I’m pretty certain I’m not alone ! Coffee… not too bad :(

Perhaps you're not supposed to like places like this, but we did. What makes it good are the comfy armchairs and relaxed atmosphere. The coffee is pretty OK too.
