Unfortunately a minor mistake made with my delivery order, called the restaurant and spoke to Richard who was very friendly and apologetic. Advised he could not arrange refund through the restaurant but if I requested via deliveroo and re-ordered he would ensure it was sent out correctly. Did so and food arrived very quickly with some free added extras to say sorry! Excellent customer service despite the initial hiccup. Thank you! ?

We have visited this particular restaurant over several Years. Nice to still see familiar faces amongst the staff. Good food and good service. Easy parking.Parking: Plenty of free parking just close to the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Close parking with level entry into the restaurant. Not sure about the WC.

spent almost £70 on an order it turns up at my house with half the order and wouldn’t sort anything out, and I spoke with the manager on the phone, wasn’t willing to help in anyway, only but blamed the delivery driver. Avoid this place if you’re ordering takeaway! SHOCKING

Great service the food was generally very good. Not a cheap meal but plenty of food. Vegan burger nice but nothing special. The rest of the meals (6) were good. Drinks expensive but good. A good family day out
Birthday lunch for our grandsons birthday en route back from Hunstanton. A typical Frankie and Bennys - reasonable food, good service and reasonably priced. We all enjoyed the food we had without it being exceptional.

Frankie & Benny's are wonderful. The food is always great and the waiting staff are always courteous. We had a birthday celebration on this occasion and the staff were very discrete- it was a complete surprise for the birthday girl! Our food arrived as ordered and very timely. Our waitress was great. Nothing was too much problem and the best bit for me, not being forced to provide a tip!To round it up- great atmosphere, great food and great service.
