There seems to be a theme on these reviews about dirty tables which I only had wished I read before purchasing the only tuna baguette with no wedges left and then to pay extra to eat in then to be met with a pile of rubbish on my table, sat here over 20 mins and saw no employee clearing up

Staff were lovely but when you dine in you really would like a proper cup/mug for your coffee than a paper cup. Also when you have a buttered sausage and bacon bap please please please ? butter the roll and not just a dip of the knife with a minuscule amount of butter into the middle of one side of the roll. I get it’s supposed to be healthier but if you’re having one then you’re not really worried about calories! This goes for all Greggs around the country! Change your buttered rolls back to how they used to be!

Asked for two hot sausage rolls, was served with two cold sausage rolls. The floor and tables were absolutely disgusting, we had to wipe our table down before we could sit at it. The sugar stand was filthy, tables with rubbish. We weren’t given a tray for all of our food so had to struggle with food, drinks and a pushchair. Won’t be rushing back.

Good value for money, service as you'd expect.

When you get something from the hot snack counter, and it takes so long to be served your food has gone cold. So, Go to buy a hot chicken bake to accompany cold wedges, Also cold! Understaffed, and cold food that's meant to be hot, and hardly anything in the till desk counter, probably due to under staffing.

Increased prices for ever smaller products. 35p added to food prices to sit in a dusty (the lightshades were a disgrace), dirty floored, dirty tabled and chaired eating area. Only two staff on and nothing cleaned. Bins were full too. Not eating there again.

Classic greggs, quite popular so be prepared to wait in line

Dirty tables semi warm pasty which they said they couldn't heat. Eating of paper bags and drinking out of take-away cups. What on earth has made them go so downmarket

Purchased two steak slices at 9 am from the HOT cabinet- expect them toBe hot! They were cold. From my catering career hot cabinets designed to keep food hot - not to warmThem up!

We came here for some food during the jubilee and the food was nice but the toilets were awful, the sanitary bin in the ladies was overflowing onto the floor, tissue everywhere and it smelt nasty. There was no toilet roll in either toilet. Mens toilets just as dirty.

Busy shop but staff work tirelessly to provide a great service. Had a bacon breakfast roll which was served with fresh out of the oven rashers. Really tasty.
