One request. No onion on the pizza. And the pizza is covered with onion. Why bother with the comments? To make it worse, the online menu doesn’t even advertise as having onion but the paper menu does. No consistency. Very disappointed.

Staff is friendly and chatty, waiting time for my order was exceptionally fast considering how many customers was in there, quality of the food and size of our portions was incredible. We'll done flames keep up the good friendly work I will be back again that's for sure.

I know prices go up in peak season, but £25 for "large" cod and chips twice mushy peas and 2 cans of coke??? It's a no from me.... dry chips too. Only came back because they were great on our first visit.... disappointed 2and time.round. sorry guys

First time i have had issue with these. Made my order, went to collect after ordering online and received someone elses order. Went back to get my order. They made it fresh. Got home and they still got it wrong. How can you mistake mozzarella sticks for sausages.

Delivery service was good and overall the kebab meal was ok . There was plenty and good selection Salad had been washed but excess water has leaked over all the packaging in bag. The sauces were very greasy and poor standard

I wouldn't even give them one star if I had the choice. I ordered some food over the phone and collected it a while after. When receiving the food and checking to make sure the order was correct, I noticed the pizza wasn't the one that I ordered. I spoke to the lady that was working on the till and she came across very rude saying that's what i had ordered. Which I didn't as I didn't eat meat. The pizza base was burnt and didn't enjoy it at all. The only thing I could say I liked were the cheesy chips. I definitely don't recommend this place.

Flame kebab shop heacham. Chinese and other chip shop closed. Went to flame kebab shop Thursday 5th may2022, got back to caravan and though chips were ok, the fish was £6.50 and was unwrapped was the size of a minnow and looked really cheap, the burger I had, had no flavour or taste whatsoever . Dunno how they’re allowed you charge the prices they charge . The man who served me barely understood what I was saying, I didn’t understand what he was saying. Won’t be going there again, £3.50 for a portion of chips!! Don’t know how food hygiene not been in there, with all the broken dirty tiles in there. Don’t go there, you’ll be ripped off and dusappointed . Would rate 0 if on there

Rang up to ask when they deliver until/ordering online (don’t have cash so would pay online), was told if you order in the next 15 minutes they would deliver, so when checking out it says “service unavailable in your area” despite our just phone call! Tried to ring them and no answer? They close at 11 we tried to order/call at 10.50. Not happy.

We really enjoyed our large pizza, chips and coleslaw from Flames. They delivered the food piping hot and straight to our campervan without a problem. The driver was friendly and the food delicious. Will order from Flames again.

Used flames regularly however my order on Sunday was the worsed ordered 3 pieces chicken and chips pizza and mozzarella stick the chicken wasn’t cooked and my two young children was sick after eating it they are off school and hopefully back in tomorrow did get a full refund however I would rather my kids didn’t get food poisoning from the chicken they was given and there the only two in the house he had the chicken it’s fried so high it’s burnet outside and not cooked in the middle do not buy chicken from here mozzarella sticks had hardly any cheese in aswell again coz fried on such high heat they have split
