I make order to pick up and I live 5 minutes away and everything come cold the sandwich very cold and I ordered one wrap is not come on the bag I call the lady told me I have to come back to pickup my wrap all this situation make me unhappy and I feel so disrespect and robbed all the chips went to the bin because one one eat cold chips the ketchup deep didn't come as well I give 1* because I can't give 0 I spend money for nothing and not satisfied

Food is okay, but wouldn’t recommend ordering online to get delivered to your door as they can’t even get a small order right! Also if you want to call the McDonald’s to complain that your order has missing items you will never get through I think I tried about 5 times!

Was with my two grandchildren and my wife. The food tasted ok but both adults meals were cold. The restaurant was very busy so I didn't have a moan. Service was ok but you expect ok when it's that busy.
Food was cold, coffee cold, waited 25 minutes for the food. Disgusting definitely would not recommend.

I was ignored when I first went to the till, twice, by 2 members of staff who were more bothered about discussing lack of a break. Took nearly 20 mins for order but food had been made and was stacking up on counter so burger was cold by time I got it and no ice in coke. Staff did not welcome me or thank me, quite rude.

We asked for a plain sausage Happy meal several times and still get cheese in it.Paper utensils made it hard for me to eat my pancakes. Would give a zero if I could.

Liers, We ordered 3 meals and had a 30 minute wait, We had to leave and then when we said about it they lied about the wait time, we wasn't the only ones either absolutely disgusting.

Never had an ubereats order from here with all items in the bag… i’ve never known a place like that. And they just keep your money anyway. They tell you to call uber eats to report a missing item, they say the refund is issued and it never arrives. Although the bags are sealed so it’s the store that don’t put it in anyway, not uber eats. I understand that special needs kids’ parents want them to work, but this is just ridiculous now…

We just been attacked by cleaner employee over than 1 hour before their shut down hours about not using tables. Those tables wasn't even marked by signs. Cleaning person was upset about us using table which wasn't marked. After we tried to explain to it , that there is no sign on the table person was agresive and sensitive about anything we tried to said.This is unacceptable behaviour especially when they have 1 hour to close down.Employees need to treat their customers with respect. Not trying to switch it to their benefits. Even manager refused to attend table after it called it to us. Sort out your employment and respect your customers. Avoid this place

A deliveroo driver was yelling and being really abusive to staff, threatening and harassing them because someone finished their shift, the staff handled it sterly and professionally.
