Just received a £100 fine for staying over 45 minutes. Shocking! I like to spend a leisurely hour having a coffee and doing a crossword. I spend hundreds of pounds a year in Costa and this is how I'm rewarded. This is the only store I've ever used where charges are made so I just didn't realise. Can't the staff remind customers when serving to check in the car reg?

Staff are always mega friendly. Inside is always kept clean and tidy. Execution of the food and drink actually better than some of the High Street branches I've been to. Pretty convenient stop if traveling between King's Lynn and Norwich for a lunch that won't disappoint. Remember to key your registration into the terminal by the till if you are parking more than 45 mins.

Exceptional Costa. Hot or cold lovely coffee every-time. As a regular Costa drinker, This one is one of the best. Super happy staff. New trainee was already super. Can’t quite remember the young ladies name. But good work future barista maestro ?

Nicest Costa coffee stop I've been to, and I've been to alot!Friendly staff. Plenty of seating inside and out. Remote door wasn't working tho for accessing. Toilets were cleanWheelchair accessibility: The remote button to open door wasn't working

As we had dogs, we had to sit outside, so not the best atmosphere. The staff did bring our food out to us and a bowl of water for the dogs.Vegetarian options: There was a variety of vegetarian options for food and drinks

A great Costa. Always friendly and great coffee. However, not enough staff to handle the drive thru and inside customers at the same time, as the waiting times can be rather long when busy.

Hit and miss. Staff generally nice although we have had issues around our order being wrong. Cleanliness an issue alot of the time.
Very nice place to rest and drink some amazing coffee ☕ and not only.. eat some cake or pastry..That Costa Coffee was in one way for our trip.. then we will have next trip 100% we wil make another stop there ?

On a quiet Sunday afternoon. We went through the drive through and ordered 3 drinks. We had paid for them and waited by the window for nearly 6 minutes. We were then told to drive round to the front and park so they could serve the vehicle behind us. We then wait another 5ish minutes. A worker then came out and wanted to double check something on one of the drinks. We eventually received our order, however we were not impressed with the wait today. Especially when I only saw one customer inside and from what I could see there were 4 staff working.

Don't listen to opening time stated by Google!! Google states its closest at 7pm.. the door and costa website state it closes at 6pm.

Ordered a medium extra hot, single shot latte. Emphasised several times, I wanted the drink extra hot. I received a less than luke warm latte. After a disappointing previous visit, to see flies crawling over the cakes, and when I bought this to the attention of staff, nothing was done! I could not be bothered to complain again.
