I would recommend this cafe. Me and my partner came here on the off chance this morning for breakfast. The quality of food was great. I had a small breakfast and asked if I could swap mushrooms for beans instead and my partner had the medium breakfast. We really enjoyed it. The lady that served us was very polite and kind. Three times I have ordered lunch from this Café and three times it has been a waste of time and money. Even after calling and pre-ordering and being told a collection time, you are still there waiting for 10-15 mis after you arrive (very frustrating when you have just 30 mins for lunch!) I've had a jacket potato which they messed up the order, and gave me a tonne of tuna on the jacket with cheese on the side, I clearly asked for the other way round, therefore did not enjoy it at all! I then tried an Omelette, oh dear this was bad, it was burned and that was all I could taste! Cheesy Chips were good, but to be fair there's not much that could go wrong with something so simple. I find that every time I go I'm just disappointed and waste my lunch break and money. Cakes look good though! :)

I visited this cafe recently with a friend for the first time to finish off a nice stroll through catton parkWe were greeted as we approached the desk and I was shown the vegan options on their menu. The staff were extremely polite and helpful and the service was brilliant. The food was some of the best we had had and we will definitely be retuning customers. We will also be recommending this establishment to friends and familyVegetarian options: Great selection of delicious vegetarian and vegan optionsWould of liked to of seen a vegan cake or two

God dam slow service. Very over priced for dry stale roll with two rashers of over cooked back bacon screwed up in foil.
Had the most amazing Brie and cranberry toastie today ???Highly recommend.

Went to the Concorde Road branch as needed somewhere to sit for a few hours whilst my car was serviced around the corner.Had a lovely Sausage, Egg and Mushroom Bap and cup of tea. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Explained that I didn't know how long I would be as the car needed a good check over and they said "No problem, take as long as you need" Had a few cups of coffee and delicious Banana Loaf, found a comfy seat and waited it out. As it approached 2pm, I said that I still hadn't heard from the garage, the great staff said that they shut at 2pm but I was okay to sit in whilst they hoovered up and tidied up! Luckily I had the phone call from the garage just before 2pm. All in all, great service, lovely food and I will definitely be coming back! Thank-you so much!

A disaster from the moment we walked in. Some colleagues and myself were visiting on business and visited this cafe. From the outside it looked ok. I honestly couldn’t believe what I then went on to witness. Out of 4 of us, they managed to mess up 3 orders for really simple things, the staff seemed distant and disinterested and kept blaming the till. What could have (and should have) been a simple relaxing visit turned into a complete fiasco. The floor wasn’t particularly clean either. I know things can be a little stressed sometimes in food establishments but there were only 4 other people in there at the same time as us. When our orders did arrive the food was poor to average. By that time I think we were all simply looking forward to returning to work as frankly the break was more stress than the work Won’t be retuning anytime and I would recommend going anywhere but here.
