28.12.2023 Came for lunch, luckily we had booked a table.Children's meals has 2 sizes. Smaller size has 3 chicken pieces. Adult meals were a good size, ribs especially tender and decent meat on them.Dessert was rather small, cheesecake tiny slice for £7. Children's ice-cream comes with 5 offers of toppings, can choose 2.Waitress was lovely, very attentive. Food came quickly, would recommend as it has vastly improved.Kid-friendliness: Colouring and crayons given. Children's menu available. High chairs available.

Food was very nice but really small portion, I had the marco polo and struggled to find much Duck in the meal. Very overpriced for what you get so if you have an appetite this is not the place to go to. Staff were friendly and attentive.

We had to wait nearly an hour for food,when it turned up pizza was cold,and only 4 very thin slices of chicken . the burger was very tough..not the best meal we've had in there. They were short staff in kitchen .the waitress was very friendly ,we did get our drinks

Amazing pizza! Also enjoyed the dough balls too! They gave us a massive bowl of ketchup which was the perfect amount! Really lovely staff! Would 100% recommend! We also went again, we tried the melting Christmas Camembert pizza, Garlic Lasagna Pizza, Mozzarella Dough balls, Nach-iolis and fries. The pizzas were delicious, loved both of them so much! Such good quality, the seasoning and flavours were perfect. The fries were crispy and the Nach-iolis is deep fried ravioli pasta parcels. One of my favourite pastas, with the fresh cold dressing and tomatoes really refreshing contrast with the pizzas. The mozzarella balls and drinks (strawberry lemonade and lemon n lime) were also so so good! Overall Bella Italia is one of my favourite places for pizza. Always such nice restaurants and food! 100% would recommend, the Christmas menu is definitely worth going to try!! ??

Pretty good. I am never a fan of chain restaurants, but we needed a bite to eat while in town and I was pleased with the experience. Good food, the service was very good and helped by the fact we used our discount price was great. Will be going back.

Just had a wonderful lunchtime meal. Came here because I know my partner likes pasta, she was a bit disappointed at her meal, not because it was bad at all, just that she tasted my ‘Marco polo’ and like myself was blown away by the taste of that dish. However, what really really impressed her was the quality of the White Sauvignon Blanc, it has immediately become her most favourite Sauvignon Blanc, I think she intends to take her mum here next week so she can have a full dish of the Marco Polo, and undoubtedly some more Sauvignon Blanc.

It's really fantastic food here and good service. The only annoyance was when going to pay on the card reader, you have to enter a custom option to add no tip. Which is getting a bit ridiculous for me to give money freely to you for no reason. The meal was £40 as it is, and we are not America.

Definitely love the food here! Would have given 5 stars if I was offered the grated cheese which was served to every other table. I did not wait for too long for my food and totally enjoyed 25% NHS discount code provided (You can get in from BlueCard). Staffs are friendly but I can see that they are overworked as there were only 3 staffs attending a full house restaurant.
