I used to enjoy going here. But now their online booking system doesn't work. Their contact number for enquiries doesn't work either. The contact form on the website goes to a bot who couldn't help. Useless. So I booked somewhere else instead.

While Bills is a chain, it's one of the few where they genuinely seem to run each branch as though they are independent. The staff must get some serious training as they genuinely go out of their way to make you feel welcome and nothing seems to be too much trouble.I tend to want to change my breakfast options entirely, yet they just say "no problem".Kids are made to feel utterly welcomed. They accommodate any and all requests and the food arrives quickly and always tastes way above average. Price is good (especially if you have a blue light card). They don't rush you, but they do get you in and out quickly as they serve the food so fast.Service - exceptional. Food - good. Atmosphere - decent. Overall a very solid option.

took my mum out for mother’s day. she seemed to enjoy it, she has the chicken burger and finished it up. i had chicken shawarma and the salad and bread was lovely however, the chicken was not edible. i was chewing and had to spit every piece out because it was so chewy and distasteful. i’m so upset by this because i really bogged the place up and every other experience i’ve had here i have loved. other than my food not really being edible, the atmosphere, service and cleanliness was excellent.

Good food and a variety of things to choose from. Desserts are amazing. Friendly service and kept on checking in on us and very helpful. Lively atmosphere and a nice place to sit, relax and enjoy.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options and a variety to select fromKid-friendliness: Good options for children and nice friendly atmosphere to go as a family or with young ones.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible. I would try and prebook if you know you want to go there and have a wheelchair as it is quite busy. Accessible toilet also.

First time visiting bills today for my partners 18th, we got greeted by extremely friendly staff and a complementary bottle of champagne, ordered calamari for a starter and a steak and a burger for main and a brownie & ice cream for pudding. The service was super fast and fantastic! The food was absolutely lush and amazing prices for what you get. Will definitely come back, 100% recommend!

First time at bills. Had lunch with friend. Had the chilli & garlic oil flat bread as a nibble then the chicken burger off the special menu washed down the big bottle of peroni. My friend had chicken caesar salad. We were too full for dessert.Menu has something for everyone and dishes have a twist but also some normal dishes. The food was unreal. Cooked to perfection. Fries seasoned well; chicken grilled exactly how it should be. The burger was not huge but for me quality is not in size its in the taste. It was big enough to fill me.Three things added to the special experience at Bills which is important to most people. The decorum traditional, rustic with wooden beams and old fashioned furniture the seats were so comfortable. The atmosphere. Lively - its important not to eat in a morgue but on the other had it wasn't too loud - perfect busy for a Monday lunchtime which often places are quiet. Finally, the staff. Friendly, professional and care about a customer..nick was our waiter. Hugely knowledgeable about the menu and nothing was any trouble.Wouldn't normally write a long review but it's justifiable when deserved.Thank you Bills ?Dietary restrictions: Asked if any dietary requirements refreshing and needed in the world we live in of allergic reactions.

I am gluten intolerant and found the service excellent with a separate menu and friendly staff.

Pretty standard and expected, got what we asked for because now a days actually is hard to come by a place where it meet bare minimum. Ordered the set menu with classic burger and salted caramel chocolate tart. Burger was actually quite nice and the desert was surprisingly good. Four star for being good but no wow factor.
