Mothers day meal out for a family of 7. Huge line to start with and what looked like minimal staff. Food seemed to take a while but we had hungry children. Melissa was brilliant. Spoke and messed around with the children, nothing seemed too much trouble but generally really personable and friendly. My children responded well to her and we had a good laugh aswell, thank you very much for dealing with us and making the evening fun!

Went for breakfast with the kids. OJ was just squash, couldn't have a cup of tea as there was no hot water. People queuing waiting for food which was very slow coming out. No pastries or cakes only bread left. It's hard to complain when you are only paying 9.99 for 3 of you but had I been just one full price adult I would of paid. To many people in the restaurant for what they could handle. Hot food was ok when we got some but on the whole this is easily the worst premier inn breakfast I have ever had!!

Have eaten here twice now, and on both occasions the service has been great and accommodating for myself as a wheelchair user, the staff are helpful and ask about food allergens and they are friendly, the food is good and the atmosphere is calm.

Have been here before and always get a good meal and good service. Today was a Sunday and my wife and I both had the carvery. It was very nice, hot and tasty. It was reasonably priced and they also give a discount to emergency services which was a bonus. Thanks.

Service was good considering you could see they were under staffed. Food wasn't the best and was not hot so I gather it had been sitting in the kitchen a while.
