Absolutely appalled. I have been using this kebab shop since it very first opened on cadge road. Within that time i have moved house on a couple of occasions, but always stayed loyal never changing to another kebab house. Never faulted it until today. I called up to place my order for delivery to be told that they do t deliver to my address. Found this amusing as they've been delivering to my current address for over 9 years! My husband then called back for an explanation as to why. We were asked to confirm our postcode to be told that I had told him the wrong one and that my postcode was NR8 5DD. That is not my postcode. Didn't appreciate being told I was wrong! I know what my flipping postcode is, it is in fact Britannia that has got it wrong! He then proceeded to take my order which according to the website comes to a total of £17.60. When we asked for the total price upon delivery as we know a delivery fee would have to be added, he said our order would be over £25!!!!! That's over £7 delivery! I'm not being conned by a rude arrogant man who needs to learn some manners. Never got this treatment from Carlos or George who where always very friendly and professional! I shall never return as I'm furious. And in this day of age with everyone struggling financially I'm surprised they speak to loyal customers that way.

Ordered a delivery and waited over 1.5 hours for it to be delivered... Was delivered cold, and the savaloy had a grey colour to it, and tasted disgusting... I phoned to complain and was told they were busy, which is feasible, but when I questioned the savaloy, I was told that it was hot when it came out of the fryer, and the colour must have come from the paper its wrapped in.... Really? Then the phone was put down.... Won't be going back again, and definitely won't recommend... They're happy to take the money but not interested in anything else... Potential food poisoning...

Love the Mixed Kebabs all nice and Fresh One of the Best in Norwich 03/09/21 still one of the best all fresh and nice love it sorry as from nownew update 30.09.22 terrible senvice ordered at 1804 arrived at 1946 fish chips all cold the only excuse there busy so wont use them again always been good but not now

Cheese burger has no cheese?! Chips are soggy, and nugget meal is so so small it’s only suitable for a 3 year old! But the delivery lady was lovely
