We went for the Greek evening. The food was outstanding with an amazing selection of authentic and very tasty dishes. Not only that but separate dairy free portions were made for my wife who has an allergy. In fact the only item she couldn't have was grilled halloumi cheese. Our four dogs were also made most welcome. The value for money was excellent and we had a truly fantastic and memorable meal. Our grateful thanks for so much effort made.

Visited on a walk into stalham. The bar maid was lovely and friendly , good range of drinks and a very quaint feel to the pub. Good value for money and a good hearty food offering.

Really excellent take-a-way Sunday roast. Good sized portions Very reasonable. I am vegan and they did me a huge plate of veg and roast potatoes with veg gravy and also vegan cherry crumble and gave me a whole pot of Elmlea plant based cream! Above and beyond. Totally recommend. Thank-you.

Butchers arms opened just for my party during the festive period, whilst they still open for takeaways. Everything done via messenger and been nothing from brilliant since the start.
Started off with a booking of 17 people and due to covid and an unforeseen circumstance, our numbers ended up being 11. Throughout, the social media team were absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they worked with us from the get go and we’re still more than happy to cater for us even though the numbers dropped by a lot.
We had a member who was dairy intolerant, she was plated with a dairy free Yorkshire pudding and also a dairy free dessert (which she thought she’d be missing out on).
Really brilliant service on the evening, communication throughout and fair prices.
Would highly recommend and thank you so much for having us!

Staying locally for the weekend and recommended by a neighbour. So glad I listened. Rung through my order for Sunday lunch and collected. The owner / chef is delightful, knowledgeable and very accommodating. My wife is vegetarian and gluten intolerant and so she came up with a list of dishes she could make for her. Food served on proper plates (to be returned) with takeaway pots of differing gravy. The food is delicious, hot and very good value. You will not find a better roast dinner more tasty, varied and at a fantastic price anywhere. Well done Butchers’s arms!

This is the first time at the butcher's Arms .only take away at the moment should be back to normal at the end of October i had roast beef and my wife had lamb with all the trimmings ee all so had pudding it was a very large helpings luckily we had room in our van to eat our dinner all home made . Keep this one on our list if we are back this way
We were on holiday in the area and the Sunday lunch was recommended but there was only a takeaway service available but this was very good we had it for 2 weeks I don't know how they did it for the money. The service was on time and hot and cooked well.

We ordered a takeaway roast from the butchers arms while staying on holiday in walcott. Staff were all very friendly from phoning the order to collecting it. The roast beef was so tender there was plenty of vegetables great Yorkshire pudding etc . The profiteroles dessert was also very good - great portion sizes and such good value for money we can’t wait to be in the area again to enjoy another top class roast ! We highly recommend the butchers arms
