There is one member of staff here I do not know his name, has tattoo below eye and cool ear rings.He really is exceptional!! I’m sat here with my coffee watching the guy and listening. He knows his customers so well. He spends time talking with them all. Everyone loves him. People like this are rare and I am overwhelmed with how incredible he is at his Job. He’s kind, officiant, caring, people are coming here for him and it’s clear to me that this is the case. Nero needs to come and witness this guy in Action because I’ve honestly never seen someone work so hard in a coffee shop.This isn’t taking away anything from the other members because to be honest everyone is really friendly and kind. But absolute credit where due..This Guy stands high and deserves the recognition!! Awesome and I will be back soon. X

Not dog friendly inside, but plenty of outdoor seating available with bowls of water. They also offer gluten free oat milk, so I can finally enjoy a coeliac iced flat white - thank you Nero for always reliably stocking the gluten free oat milk!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free oat milk available

Filthy toilets, okay coffee, felt noisy and chaotic, staff having a pretty loud private conversation about grievance with another staff member while serving me.This is a stressful and unpleasant environment to sit in.

Lovely cafe with really friendly staff and great atmosphere. Staff members went out of their way to give us the best experience. Cafe also has a nice village atmosphere. Sandwiches were basic and tasted good, if a little expensive for what they were.

I've been going here for a couple years now and every time I've been the staff have been polite and very friendly, the food and drinks have been made to an excellent standard and the atmosphere has been calm and work friendly.I would recommend it to everyone and I will continue going here a few times a week.The staff deserve great praise and I have always felt welcome.Vegetarian options: lots of vegetarian and vegan options
Absolutely love this place, the staff are always happy and strive to make sure everything perfect, seating arrangement is perfect for comfort, food is very good and the staff are always happy to help if you want to customize your order. 100% recommend this place.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian food on offer for yourself aswell.Kid-friendliness: Very polite to children and also pet friendly aswell.Dietary restrictions: Always happy to agree to your dietary needs.

A special shout out has to go to the chap with tattoos and the ear hoops. What a truly nice bloke. Always with a smile and personality, and enquiring after customers wellbeing. There's something magnetic about his kindness that honestly impacts me when I visit, so a big thank you to him. I expect I am not the only one - something as simple as a 30 second conversation and a kind smile can mean a lot to anyone, especially people going through a hard time and/or not otherwise interacting with many other people face to face during their day. It looks like it's effortless for him but I am sure it's not, which makes it even more awesome. I would love to feel that I could impact people like that myself.I cant get over how friendly all of the other staff are too. Every time. This is the least 'chainy' coffee shop I've been to (but with the benefits and reliability of the nero chain) so I keep coming back.One Love :D

Early morning and everything was warm fresh, straight out of the oven - great service, so friendly, and I had great company (Paulina). Not my scene until recently but now a bit of a convert thanks to Paulina. Recommend Oat milk in your coffee and I had a raisin swirl, really nice - can recommend the porridge with honey and seeds. EnjoyVegetarian options: Usual
