The staff were lovely, hence the 1 star. Food was awful!£12! they don't do the chilli oil any more which a few years ago made it palatable.I don't usually complain but feel cheated

Such a shame queued for agers today only to eventually get to being served and no king prawns AGAIN, food was cold when we got it…..tried to go back up to get someone’s attention but kept getting ignored. A lot of money for two meals to have cold food served to us and nobody willing to help us

Always loved Chopstix since it opened up in Norwich. It's one of our favourite places to grab a bite to eat. Great flavours, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Sadly the new place opposite WH Smith changed my experience. The staff served us a small box portion of noodles for a medium box and when asked why have the portions reduced, we received sarcasm. Chopstix is one of our favourite places and if we won't get value for money we wouldn't want to go back. ?Vegetarian options: Along with serving veggie options, they are also halal certified.

Wonderful staff, they are always friendly, helpful and patient when answering any questions about food, meals and allergies. The queue is always long but it moves fast and service is very good. The food is very tasty and fresh.

Huge queue but moved quickly. Efficient staff and tasty food. Seating area could do with being kept cleaner and tidier but other than that it was a decent lunch experience.

Been visiting this branch for years, and have never had an issue!Great service every time with a great selection of toppings and sides.The prices are decent and it is great to see Student Discounts be accepted here.Plenty of seating is available during busy and quiet times of the day and is reasonably clean.5* will continue to dine here as I have done for many years.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide floor plan with easy access to seating.The restaurant can be accessed via the 2 lifts within the Chapelfield Food Hall.

I had a really terrible experience today with a staff member named (fatima). I'm not pretty sure if she gave us her real name because she's not wearing any name badges. She verbally insulted me, and it seemed she took great pleasure in humiliating me in front of restaurants. She asked me to leave the restaurant twice when I sat quietly, charging my phone because I was (1%/ battery) while waiting for my husband. The fact I wasn't waiting for long, I was sitting there for 10 minutes because I arranged a meeting with my husband for lunch in chopstix chappelfield Norwich. I was even more surprised when she called the security guard to remove me from the premises. Sadly I feel if I were English and not Filipino, this would not have happened. My husband and most of my friends love chopsticks restaurant because of the incident and the rudeness of the staff; I feel we won't come back there anymore.?

Served quickly, Jasmine explained how things worked with the size of boxes, options available and was very helpful and friendly. Food was piping hot and delicious.

No bad, plugged a gap when i needed something quick. The quality of food on offer isn't spectacular but it is what it is.All in all quite tasty. My only real gripe was the fried rice. It was so dry i needed another drink. It was also clumped together quite heavily which was more of an annoyance than anything.

Disappointing food. Looked appetising but both of us had a section of dishes which were equally bland and tasteless. The noodles were overcooked with a soft slimy texture. Not a parch on the local Cantonese place.Otherwise clean bright eating area
I used to love the food tasty and decent portion size went today and the price has increased with a smaller portion I got a large box of noodles and the smallest toppings ever not impressed will not be going back

I enjoyed my 1st time eating at chopstix, it was delicious.I would say a little more sauce would be better just to coat the rice and noodles with.But a nice alternative to the same boring fast food eaterys about.

Extremely busy and had to wait for a table but not too long. Noodles with chicken and curry were great as usual. Not decided on the wooden forks yet ?

We were going to eat here but infront of us on the escalator was a member of staff. Probably been for a break, then touching the handrail on escalator to just casually walk behind service area and start serving people - do we not wash hands anymore???
