Angels in a coffee shop\\nI had an unfortunate and very scary moment where my car had broken down at the same time my phone was nearly out of battery on my way to work. I sank in a deep panic and rushed in the coffee shop shaking that I’ll take anything cheap to charge my phone and ask for help. They calmly said no worries especially a young lady who calmly pointed a charging point snd walked a takeaway coffee to me. I think she could see my panic and exhaustion as I kept running in snd out to check my car and sit under the table to check my phone due to an extremely short charge cable I had. Luckily 3 Albanians who sat having their coffee outside saw me and said ‘don’t worry’ they actually helped push start my car. I did cry and scream. I ran back in the shop waving a tenner as I frantically tried to Sue my car was still running so could actually go to work. She didn’t take it! In fact she said ‘don’t worry’. I can’t explain actually how all those involved helped me a lot. The pain snd distress dispersed as those people out of their own heart kindly aided me on. Albanians! Praise our European connection. The staff - I owe you and utterly greatful. Bless you and thank you.\\nI’ll return soon :)

Coffee is lovely. Tried the ice tea. Just tasted like sweet water. Gave it a second chance and that was no better... if you like ice tea you're better off going elsewhere , but for a coffee its well worth it

Toilets could have been cleaner. Hot chocolate tasted chemical. Hard to describe the flavour. Not nice. Staff at the door was welcoming though. Needs improvement Costa. Especially the prices you charge.

Just called in for a drink after getting off the train. Best Costa Skinny Cappuccino yet.

Very rude young lady walking around like she owns the place. Threatening to throw us out for not agreeing with the seating policy not fit to be in a customer facing role will never visit this shop again

the coffee ! it's amazingly smooth and rich. the staff are great too
First of all the Toilet was dirty, Then when asked for a green tea was given a dirty glass, asked for a clean one was told it was just water stains but it might have been but this is easily solved if they were washed properly in the first place, spoons where the same, so come on Costa get your act together. You charge enough

Undoubtedly the most efficient, welcoming and friendliest Costa I've been in. Mangage to find myself in there almost every day. Busy, yet always ample amount of seating both inside and out. Immaculately clean and always nice and cool in the air-con on a hot summers day.
friendly staff, lovely coffee
