Allowed 4 people on table smoking just outside doors and caused me to have a very bad experience.....if your asthmatic or have a lung condition walking through billows of smoke to get in isn't appealing....when I spoke with manager and asked if they could be moved along or the tables nearest doors outside be non smoking the answer was defensive and said it wasn't policy.......then simply change the policy to the recommended 20/30 feet away as giving people asthma attacks isnt good customer service......Health above habit....

I would ideally like to give the staff at this Costa many more stars than 5. My mother had a funny turn and was quite poorly. They went above and beyond to help her. I can't thank them enough for their kindness, efficiency and compassion. They deserve a pay rise for how they dealt with the situation!! Thank you once again. ?

Usual Saturday aftet shopping. Service is always amazing, food and drinks are too. But today...wow the salted caramel frappe is the best one l have ever had. It was perfect. I cant remember the name of the guy that made it but he needs to be complimented.Thank you for making my lunch more enjoyable.Vegetarian options: Could do with a few more optionsParking: Good location plenty of parking

Nice large space, comfy seating by the windows and extra seating outside for fine weather days. Small selection of food that's quite honestly way over priced but the coffee (and large selection of other beverages) is good quality and priced about the same as other coffee chains. Worth a visit when shopping at Sweetbriars.

This is definitely a nice happy place of mine, whether I'm able to sit indoors or just in the car (depending on anxiety). I've always loved the drinks here and there's never anyone there that is annoying in any way
