Gastropubs • “Wonderful food, great value and absolutely delicious. I had a fish finger sandwich and my wife had a falafel burger both were lovely! The staff were kind and very helpful.
Dogs welcome in bar and lots of outdoor seating. Poor mobility friendly.
The water across the road was also beautiful. Would definitely recommend.”

“Great range of drinks, great friendly atmosphere, and lovely staff. Friendly people, offering great service! Possibly the best pub on Unthank Road!
Parking: Parking is a bit of a nightmare, leave tour car at home and enjoy a drink, or two!”

Glorious place in a beautiful setting. The waiter/server was superb, sorry we didn't get your name. The food was beautiful though my steak was undercooked. All in all a really lovely evening. The only downside was the rude angler but that's another story.

What can I say but what a wonderful place and such a warm welcome from Lee. We only had drinks but were welcomed regardless. Lee went out of his way to make us feel at home. Will definitely be back.”
“Me and my wife hired the venue for our wedding party. The entire day was flawless. The food was sensational. We had a BBQ and opted for burgers and hot dogs. Many of our guests are from the hospitality industry and the feedback has been amazing. Rose and the team were on top of everything and our expectations were truly exceeded.”
