We are pre show on Saturday, 1 of our 3 mains was good, vegetarian option tasteless. The desserts were poor very dry gateau which I mentioned but no feedback, cheesecake was bland. Our food arrived too quickly as we were still enjoying the warm bread we'd ordered - the best part of the meal! We ordered coffee at the end but cancelled it after 20 minutes of waiting as we had to leave for the show. Won't be broking again.

I appreciate that the restaurant has recently reopened. Service excellent. Main of beef cheeks was acceptable, not great. Dessert chocolate and hazelnut gateau disappointing. Where were hazelnuts ? Dry tasteless at £5.50.

Nice food. Good setup. Went to see a show and u then can have your seat back in restaurant in the interval. Pre order so it is ready in the interval waiting for you.

A brilliant place to for a pre-show meal. The children loved it as it was a Matilda themed meal. The staff were very nice and attentive. Would highly recommend.

Roast vegetable focaccia pizza was dry and not enough veg, salad unimaginative and chips too salty. Expected better even for a snack.

I took my girls to see Shrek as a birthday treat. We were having a great time but then my 3 year old discovered she has dropped her teddy blanket she's had since a baby! We were frantic as not only sentimental value but she needs it for sleep time. I cannot thank all the staff more as they were very helpful and extremely emphatic, especially the lovely older lady and gentleman that were the ushers. Alas it was handed in to the desk after the performance so all ended well. Also the performance was brilliant lol xx

Totally epic. Always wanted to see the Jersey Boys at the West End but it finished literally two days before my 40th birthday. Was so very fortunate that my wife bought tickets for the show at Norwich as part of the UK tour. Always a fan of Valli and the Four Seasons but learnt so much more. Who would have know that Joe Pesci, the famous actor, would have played a pivotal role in Valli’s life and career which culminated in a star on the Rock & Roll of Fame. Fast-paced, and keeps you gripped from the second your bottom touches the seat, and I’ll wager you it won’t remain there long as you simply cannot help but stand up and dance along to all of the well-known belters this wonderful group produced over the years. A must-see while you can; you won’t be disappointed...
