UPDATED REVIEWEVERY SINGLE TIME i get food here, whether it’s click and collect or drive thru- there is always something wrong or missing or both. The level of incompetence here is actually impressive tbh. Most recent order - gravy substituted for … corn? They didn’t notify us that this was the case or ask if this ok. They had shut off the Krushem machine 3 hours before closing so gave a medium drink even though a large was paid for as they had no large cups ?

Order was missing a burger & the restaurant was absolutely filthy , rubbish all over tables & floors especially upstairs , toilets dirty , no loo roll . Awful .

Never been in a place that every table was filthy, every bin overflowing, toilets incredibly dirty and no toilet roll. Only a handful of customers in here.Happily cleaned table but nowhere to put rubbish. Staff uninterested.Wouldn’t have ordered if I had realised the state of the place.

Ordered food online from KFC's own website and the food never got delivered. The management didn't cared enough & was blunt to reply with a note that we will provide you with a refund after 20 calls at 9 o'clock late night. Pathetic service !

I ordered two 6pc bucket meals and chose to collect as it's only a couple of minutes by car for me. The restaurant was clean and the person who served me was polite but the food was terrible. The chicken was overcooked and dry and it was extremely salty! I don't often get a takeaway and fancied a treat but I doubt very much I will use this KFC again.

First time at this KFC restaurant, but was in the area and thought I would have some as it has been quite a while since last eating KFC.There is a decent sized carpark, and enough of a drive-through area for around 8-10 cars. The restaurant itself is not overly large, with seating for 8 people (2 tables of 4), the other half has two self-service menu screens and a waiting area. There are also 6-8 tills for cash/card payments.We didn't have to wait long for our order to be taken, and decided to go for the gravy double bucket meal. Had to wait for around 10 mins for the order to be processed, as the restaurant was already busy when we entered, but all the staff were working to clear the backlog.We received the food, and sat down to ' tuck-in'. The fries had a pleasant seasoning. We didn't think much of the ' popcorn chicken ', but the 'mini fillets' & original KFC pieces were tasty, not greasy and well cooked. We both wanted to try the gravy as it's something we've never really considered having with KFC. Unfortunately we both found the gravy thin and quite tasteless, and so never bothered with it.Would return as overall we were happy with everything we received.
10 chips with your meal for £7.50 what a joke. The service is so slow for fast food and wasn’t even busy. Concentrate on the customers instead chatting with other staff members and maybe give the customer their food before the customer before is ready and it won’t go cold sitting there on the warmer. The drinks god knows what I was given and had to get changed.

Shoddy. Chips Luke warm. Chicken small pieces in 3 pieces order. Greasy. No ice in unpleasant watery coke. No paper napkins or salt in drive through bag.

Food is always great from any kfc. Having said that. The service at this particular kfc is absolutely terrible. Rude, uninterested, lazy people running it. I have personally on many occasions waited 30+ minutes at the drive through even on a click and collect with cars piled behind me.Seriously needs sorting out.

All of the staff should be sacked. For lack of care and attention to detail with the food. Unfortunately fast food is becoming very expensive now and with that you'd expect the quality of service and food would improve alongside that.

Bun wasn't fresh, chicken bit dry and tough in the burger, the burger itself was cold compared to chips and cob, service was real slow for somewhere as busy as it was .Polite staff tho
