Emailed twice following a poor experience and haven’t received a response. It’s been a good couple weeks since I did so I’m going to assume I won’t get one. Kindly let me know how this can be resolved, as I’m not at all happy with my recent experience here.Non-existent service, terrible quality of food that’s way overpriced for what you get, toilets are in an absolutely disgusting state, food took an hour to show up, freezing cold as all the doors were open on a February night. Would’ve asked for at least a partial refund, but nobody came to ask how the food was, and nobody cleared our plates as much as 30 minutes after we’d finished eating. As far as dining in is concerned, absolutely horrific.

We went here to watch the Rugby and have a few beers. We booked a table. When we arrived we explained that one of our party was on crutches, so Raul promptly swapped the bookings to allow us to be downstairs.Raul and his team looked after us really well.The beer was great, Old growler and London pride real ales on when we visited.The pub is big, over two levels,, with some sports screens, but they do not dominate the pub.There is a lib beer garden with plenty of covered tables and a mixed clientele.

Glorified Wetherspoons.Had better meals for cheaper at Wetherspoons and would have been half the price to be fair. Food was not great at
