Not one of our regular haunts being a city centre establishment but it fitted our needs as we wanted their breakfast wrap. Usually we're on the road so the more modern type of setup is what we're used too. It was clean, efficient and staff were friendly so can't fault it. Lets just say it attracts a different type of clientele who were somewhat noisier in their conversations.

Went in to get a triple cheeseburger and medium fries and it took nearly an hour because they let some random person steal my order. They did give me a fresh meal after checking CCTV to verify I paid.Kid-friendliness: They’ve got little kid chairs.

Packed. No seats available but kept serving people to eat in. When you have two young children, your food is on a tray and you have nowhere to sit it's a headache to say the least!
We just ordered our food from. Haymarket Road Norwich , It was nearly an hour to delivery our order (I can understand this big traffic this time of the day)We ordered a McCrispy sandwich (other items as well) but the bun was so burnt I could not eat it. It was bitter and black. If I want to make a complaint about it via McDonald's App the useless online assistant said callthe Uber as they already delivered our food. Why should I call the delivery company? They didn't burn the bun. Anyway I will live but this service is not the best.
