One of the best McDonald's in Norwich. Friendly staff for the most part.Parking: Parking isn't to bad but can become crowded at times but there always tends to be space out on the main road if not.Kid-friendliness: Small play area and usual kiddy items

Was lovely to hear an employee have such pride in their job tonight. Ross was very polite and made the effort to see if everybody who came through the door was ok and if they needed help with anything. He knew all regular customers who walked in and made massive efforts to speak to each and every one. Well done Ross. Keep it up bud. Nick & Gemma. ??

Below average for McDonald’s. Went through drive through and had wait wait wait while everyone else got their order and mine was clearly forgotten.. had to go inside to find out what the problem was only to be ignored by a bunch of kids who couldn’t care less.. then obviously food was all cold …
Really looked after by two gentlemen. Both checking that our food and experience was good. One called, Ross. Really nice to see staff that care.

Excellent service. Such a kind couple of staff members. In all honesty I had better service here than some so called 5* restaurants. One staff member who was cleaning tables was so polite couldn't do enough for customers.
