This one is one of the better ones. Service is very poor. Can wait ten minutes in line whilst the few staff seemingly concentrate on the on line orders, before getting to the people waiting in-store to order.No real atmosphere to speak of. Generally quiet, or people shouting to be heard.Food, this visit, was not too bad. Reasonable hot and seemed to be fresh off the grill, not stored in those plastic trays they use. Chips were over salty. Nuggets being as expected.

I do enjoy a visit to this McDonald's, it is a very busy spot.I ordered a breakfast wrap very early and the order was amazingly quick and the McDonald's was empty at 9.20am this morning! I was the 19th order of the day, it was made to perfection as you can see in the picture. The price is very reasonable to coming with a latte, cappuccino or flat white.

As far as I know this McDonalds doesn't offer touchscreen or app ordering, which feels incredibly outdated and awkward for a busy location. I'll avoid next time. It's also far more expensive recently.

This is a great Mcdonald in norwich inside a huge shopping centre with lots of things to do and see.Parking: There's a big parking space inside the shopping centre with plenty of space to park.Kid-friendliness: It's very kid friendly with lots of great shops and activities and a game place.

Vegetarian options: I akskeI asked for Veggie Delux Meal , no letus and add cheez onion and tomoatoes , they said no that we cant add onions and tomotoes , Strange that all other norwich outlwts added the same ,, really useless ..and we got just patty and cheez in the burger ,, over paid money for this meal..pathetic

Soft drink flat when taken back was offered a cuppa tea as a replacement as all fizzy drink would be the same. No milkshakes either. Service was awful.

What a strange McDonald’s. No screens to order from, you can’t use the app, you have to queue up at a till which is situated in the wrong place to order food. Bizarre.
