First time coming here for a McDonald’s, I Decided to get myself a double pounder burger meal today. Noticed on the board it said £7 something and it was £8 something but that didn’t bother me. What has annoyed me is the burger it self. It was so dry, hardly any sauce and probably three pieces of salad no pickle or anything. I ended up going back in and getting some sauce. I’m not one to complain but yeah even the sauce couldn’t even help with the burger it just wasn’t a good beef burger and just didn’t even finish it. Chips were good and milkshake was fine.

Just had a food delivery from here. There was an issue with the driver (he accepted the order but continued to drive around/away from mcdonalds). Once I sorted with the delivery company and someone else collected, my completely melted mcfluffy and stale food was delivered. My order had 100% been sat on the side, made and bagged, for an hour and 10 minutes, and they were happy to let that leave the restaurant. Nobody noticed it had been so long and thought they should probably make it fresh. I've since gotten a full refund from ubereats, but come on, that's just shocking service.

Mcdonalds. I am extremely concerned and disappointed by this mcdonalds. customer service was a shamble. if i could give you zero starts i would! i got charged twice for my mcondalds, which was a big order. unbelievable the lady took my phone and tried to pay again. therefore it had gone through twice even when i had showed my statement that it had gone through. continuous rudeness and raised her voice at me.

Inconsistent delivery quality, most of the time you receive hot, good cooked/quality good. Occasionally you receive barely cooked fries & barely warm burger ?

So, we went to Asda in Norwich, and guess what? There was a McDonald's right there! ? We were totally surprised! Naturally, we decided to try out their new stuff and used the self-service machines at the checkout. I thought it would be cool to scan my card and earn those precious points using the McDonald's app on my phone. But hey, the touch screen was a bit finicky. I had to keep pressing it multiple times before it responded. ??Now, onto the best part: the food! I went all out and ordered twenty Chicken McNuggets, a mozzarella sharebox, two large fries, and two drinks. Hungry much? ? We opted for table service, and boy, was I impressed! The time it took for our food to arrive at our table from the moment we ordered was crazy fast! ???And let me tell you, everything was cooked to perfection. Each bite was pure bliss! We savored every moment of our meal. ? I couldn't help but notice how the other staff members were diligently cleaning up the other tables. It created such a fantastic sense of teamwork in the place. It was refreshing to witness! In fact, I dare say it was even better than my local McDonald's. ??

This McDoland was good in the past, and I used to come a lot, but there is a new manager who runs the MacDoland, and she is a girl from Portugal, as far as I know, she is very bad in treating me. I ordered a cheese burger and was not cooked well so i spoke to the manager which is a girl and i told her can you cook it well plz guess what she said to me wait half an hour or take your money back honestly that was very very rude .. I told her thank you and I will never come back
Hello I was ordered 2 BBQ bacon-crispy wrap and I was mentioned no bacon but there were added bacon. As you can see they mentioned in paper no bacon but they added, I had worst experience from this store. Hope you will take action against them.Thank you

Really appalling customer service at this branch. Ordered via Just Eat. Order never turned up. The manager just washes his hands on the issue and said I must contact Just Eat. They then give me the wrong phone no. for them - they gave me the affiliated restaurant partner no. who won't help. So 2 hours after placing the order I've given up and lost £23. I obviously will never order from this branch again. Well done McDonalds at Asda Norwich!

Made a massive mistake after a long day and managed to send my app order to Longwater, not the Asda branch. Great customer service by George, who was very patient, helpful and made sure I knew how to deal with getting my order refunded as he couldn't do it in store. 5* service.
