Haven’t visited Nando’s in years. Went Saturday evening for a meal and had to wait over an hour for our food once ordered, never explained that we had to order everything through the QR code and food was cold when it arrived.

Shocking.Was told 15-20 minutes for take away, 45 minutes later we received food after seeing it sat under the hot plate for 15 of those 45 minutes. When received it was lukewarm rice and chicken which is borderline unsafe especially after it's been cooked.Severely understaffed, needed 8-10 staff members out front when maybe only 4 were on. Will not be getting a takeaway again.

I often tempt Nando’s fate with the extra spicy, yet settle for mild as, sadly I have the taste buds of a child. It’s for the best, to avoid a mess as the rusty sheriff's badge can't handle anything too wild.
