Ordered my food then I wasn’t getting any updates, so there was a papa johns technical issue. So I phoned up the shop to see if my order had gone through and it had so I thought perfect won’t be long as they said it’s being made. That was clearly a lie. 2 hours later my food arrived freezing cold. Caused the cheese to solidify on the pizza wasn’t really edible. The sides are nice tasting but again so cold it just wasn’t nice to eat. Maybe it’s not the shops fault it’s delivery but for first time having papa johns it wasn’t a very enjoyable experience.

I've ordered a pizza after midnight, it was supposed to arrive by 1.40am, waited till like 1.55am , called the shop and the guy says that he just started to Cook the pizza ? . I was like, seriously?? After one hour you barely start cooking,one pizza? Anyway, waited till like 2.35 am and then called again, the guy on the phone says that the driver it's on his way,should be there any minute. Waited till 2.45 and then eventually I got.the call from the driver who was asking me, at nearly 3 am.in the morning to come outside and collect the pizza myself!! Outrageous ?. These people should not even own a shop,rude, bad service. And by the way, the pizza was half warm, almost tasteless. I'll never order again from here!!

Absolutely rude service. I will be contacting management. Not one person in that shop has got any respect for food, the state of the shop… I’ve also contacted environmental health. Place needs closing down. AVOID AVOID

Pizza was delayed by over an hour. Claimed they delivered the pizza when they didn’t. The person at the shop made excuses regarding the whereabouts of the food to stall. Took nearly two hours to wait for a cold pizza. The quality of food has declined, their pizza is not the same as it used to be.

Did not put an allergy warning on their stuff crust.But have switched to using low fat cheese in their stuffed crust which uses increased milk powered which is a common allergen.Dangerous and irresponsible.

Originally had an issue with the first pizza and had to return, gentleman behind the counter was lovely and made me a fresh one there and then, no attitude, no problems, just proper customer service with a smile. Can't fault the workers here they're a lovely bunch.Many thanks for being understanding and so generous in righting the errors with the initial pizza. A* service

Friday 13th October 2023.Pizza arrived over 2hrs late, stone cold. We were told replacement pizzas would be sent, these didn't arrive. Head office not prepared to issue refund, Colman Road Norwich store not prepared to issue refund. Disgraceful customer service. Currently going through Resolver but hold little hope.Wednesday 25.10.23 update:After a number of emails, and misinformation, I was able to highlight that Papa Johns had offered that they had got this completely wrong in an email correspondence, and make the case for a refund, which I received today. I am pleased that I received a full refund, but I would have expected far better service from this company and won't be returning.

Was waiting 1 hour for order to arrive. They forgot to put drink, delivery driver promised to come back and bring drink. Pizza was cold, dough was chewish like a rubber. Was calling to the restuarant to ask where is my drink, person who I was talking to was unpleasant and to my question answered in rude form, that driver on its way. Well I dint saw my drink at all. First experience is questionable. Never gonna order from any Papa Johns restaurant ever again. Avoid this place.P.S.Pizza Hut is better
First time ordering with papa John's, was very impressed will definitely be ordering again. Driver got a little lost but rang me and soon there. Thank you ?

Was feeling worried after reading some of these reviews after placing my order, however food arrived within 35 minutes (I ordered at 6pm on a Monday), hot, fresh and tasty! Really pleased after not using Papa John's for several years.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HEREOrdered over an hour and a half ago, the app told me it had "been delivered" over an hour ago. When I rang up 45 mins after ordering they said it was just coming out of the oven... Another 20 minutes he says it's on the way and nearly here.. another 15 mins he says it's outside... It isn't. He offers zero explanation for why it's late and just keeps saying sorry you can send us an email about it. It's now been 45 minutes since he told me it was coming out of the oven.. but claims it will be hot (if it ever arrives). My partner has to be up early for work tomorrow and this is just bloody ridiculous for a £30+ pizza order.Edit to add: still no sign of pizza, and the guy on the phone was extremely rude to me rang. I was passed onto a second member of staff after the first ignored me, he said nothing, I explained the problem and he replied with 'are you done? You're continuously talking'... I only explained the situation to him because he didn't seem to know. He told me some story about their driver being pulled by the police and continued to make me feel bad for asking for a refund. I will be seeking one regardless. The pizza will no doubt be stone cold, IF it ever arrives... 1 hour 50 mins and counting...Edit: food finally arrives 1 hour 54 minutes after ordering, and STONE COLD.
