Ordered food said it was confirmed waiting for updates said it was being cut then I went on the website because it had been a while and said it had an issue with details or something check email received no email, called 5 times they have closed still haven’t confirmed if they are still delivering my order now it’s to late from any where else, definitely won’t order again or recommend

I’ve seen some previous reviews and I think you guys should cut them some slack, they were all working really hard in the kitchen to get all of the orders out and I was very satisfied with the end result! Tasted lovely and would 1000% recommend over dominos any day!!If people want to complain about delivery then how about you pick your pizzas up yourself!!!

Pizza was apparently delivered and it was not, phoned the store and it was apparently delivered to the wrong address. Asked for a refund as now 21.00hrs said they couldn't do it, had to do online, no options for that. Said they could re cook and deliver in 20 mins, 30 mins later, tepid pizza.

Never ever ordering from here again. Awful. Took over 3 hours and still haven’t received any food. Have phoned twice and the first time were told it was leaving the store. Phoned an hour later after and they had no idea what was going on. Don’t open if you can’t do what you’re supposed to! Actual shambles would advise everyone else to order from somewhere else if you want your pizza within 3 hours. Can get an ambulance faster than a pizza.
Really disappointed. Tried calling the store 5 times as I ordered over an hour ago and still no pizza. Also the tracker is saying it's not even been put in the oven. I usually have a good experience with this store and this has just totally made me never want to order from here again. I have contacted customer services as staff are ignoring all my calls.

Jamie is the best pizza chef ever and is always helpful on the phone.I’ve had some really BAD pizzas from here occasionally and late but I know when he’s on shift it’s going to turn up spot on and spot on time!1) Papa johns …..Jamie needs a promotion!2) PapaJohns uk… you need a lesson from this young man on how to run a business and cook pizzas ?

Tonights pizza was amazing. Sometimes they are good and sometimes they are ok but tonights was amazing,and most of them are. The delivery was fast and pizza was hot enough to eat so all round a good meal.Thanks.
