Placed an order online. Waited an hour for delivery, tried calling, no answer. Went to the store to find it shut, but they had taken the money and given an order number. The order was placed during their opening times according to Google, as 7pm on a Sunday is not an unusual time to order. Do not order from here!!!

Ordered for delivery. After 2 hours of them not answering the phone we drove 20 minutes to them to find the doors locked and none of the staff would speak to us. We then drove to another of their stores who were rode and provided no information other than it isn’t our store so not our problem. I order twice a week here and will never order again. No contact with us to explain where the pizza is. Great way to spend a Sunday night with no explanation so we couldn’t order other food incase this turned up. Disgusting.

Absolutely dreadful store. First time they delivered all the wrong things. Second time (today) I used a voucher they game me and the food just never turned up! What’s more infuriating is the store never pick up the phone so you can talk to someone! Avoid completely

This is the last time I use pizza hut. We have fallen for it again. The food gets to us on time but it would have been nice if it was cooked.Worst pizza ever!.

If I could put minus stars, I would.I ordered 2 cookie dough boxes, was told it would be about an hour, fine. Arrival time kept getting later and later. My order then made its way to my house, I was notified that my driver was outside and was trying to find my house, I went out to look for them and I couldn't see anyone then my phone buzzed and said my order had been delivered, weird, so I went back to my house to no delivery. The app then refreshed and said "driver waited 6 minutes and could not deliver your order". I called Pizza Hut and asked what was going on, he asked for my address and order number, I gave it to him and he said my order number didn't exist. I said the money has come out of my bank and the delivery driver was near my house so obviously the order has gone through. Nope, he claims that there's no such order. I then asked whether I would be getting my food or my money back and he replied "I'm going to hang up on you now because it's closing time" I said I wanted to know what was going to happen now and he said "I hang up now" and proceeded to do so.I managed to sort it out with Deliveroo and they refunded me.Absolutely piss poor service from Pizza Hut.Avoid like the plague, massive waste of time.

Delivery drivers always polite. Ordered Ben and J ice cream and it arrived completely melted. Had another delivered to replace and is also half melted. Not pleasant and pretty expensive!
