Freezing cold! Can they not find a way to keep that door closed and the warmth in?Lovely coffee but I go elsewhere now as can't enjoy my drink with cold wind blowing in. There's an upstairs but I like to people watch and its a bit claustrophobic for me. Would have given more stars if it was warmer.

Good for people watching!

I love pret, unfortunately the one in the town where i live closed down, so everytime I'm anywhere else I pop in. They have the best wraps/ soups/ sandwiches etc for vegans on the high street. Yes its expensive, but all of these shops are, unlike costa, at least it tastes good! Exciting and different recipes, fresh ingredients and proper delicious coffee... eat in or take away... whats not to like?

One of the nicer Prets I’ve visited, clean, well stocked with choice, friendly staff and the coffee was good! There’s seating inside or out and a lovely 2nd floor space if you want a bit of a quieter area! Recommend the salt beef in rye! Delicious. Nice decor inside and comfy seatsParking: It’s on the twin centre so a short work from many of the car parks

Salmon sandwich and cheese and ham baguette with two latte. So nothing special. Served very quickly and managed to find a stool upstairs. However the toilets were disgusting and all the waste bins were overflowing. Not

Wifi no work. I ordered hot chocolate with cream ; no cream . Staff said we dont have cream. Norwich pret not standart quality . Like fake

Love the staff, always welcoming and friendly. Food selection isn’t as wide as London locations.

When I asked for a mocha, the official gave me a cold latte and when I objected, instead of changing it, he said you don't know.

Fantastic service every time at Haymarket, highly professional and organised staff- no pret is more

To answer Prets concerns here. A 3 star review is neither good or bad. The establishment, service and products are ordinary. Nothing bad about it, but equally, you'd struggle to write a sonnet describing the life changing events that occurred during your visit.Don't sweat it, it's what I expect from a corporate chain, I needed a location to chat with a friend over a coffee, it was fine, it covered all the bases like magnolia paint covers a wall.If anyone ever came away from here raving about it, I imagine they entered with incredibly low expectations.

Went to this shop this morning as a tesco had run out of sandwiches. I bought a little roll, diet coke and crisp and was charged just under £8. What the actual F?! £8??? No cost of living crisis at pret a manky! Just a stuck up atmosphere, abrasive staff and overpriced blah food. This isn't London guys, it's Norwich.
