The shelf’s and choices were limited, the warmth from staff reminded me of the great freeze, coffee ok if a little low in temperature. As we sat a female (maybe manager) came in and gave lots of feedback but if only she had looked in the disabled toilet, I took my three year old and as she was desperate only looked after she sat, brown (presumably Pooh) liquid round the base of the toilet, urine all over the place, dirty paper and layers of filth and dust, I have never experienced anything like this in a major high street store, it was 915 in the morning on a weekday so can’t blame the public only the staff. If that is their standards then shame on them and imagine how they handle your food. Costa must be grateful as reading other reviews it is obvious Starbucks don’t care. Reported to good hygiene as appalled.

I ordered 3 Frappuccino, of which when I received, one of the lids as not attached properly. Which concluded in my large mocha Frappuccino falling on the floor. I politely went to the counter to explain to ‘Kate’ that the drink had spilled because the lid wasn’t on properly.. all I got was ‘oh sorry’ and the lady came over with not a single word to mop up the mess.. however I didn’t get offered another drink.. this is poor service for a problem that was caused by the staffs mistake. £5 wasted, and not happy with this store.

I'm not really a big jazz fan, sorry, but the service and the mocha was great. Thanks

The food was ok the coffee was good but it is never clean. I had to get a member of staff to clean a table. Their first response was that it was clean. I had to take them to the table to show them it was dirty.

It's a nicely layed out and decent sized Starbucks. Nice to sit down and take a break from shopping. The coffee isn't quite up to the standard of most other Starbucks branches. It's also usually way too hot to drink at first; I end up letting it sit for at least 5 minutes before I can drink it.\\n\\nIt's worth adding that they have made accomodation for all the covid rules to be adhered too. Tables are spaced apart from each other, there are stickers on the ground showing people where to queue, all staff are wearing masks, the tables are usually cleaned after being used.

Eat in here this week and two issues: Asked for decaf coffee, stressing the decaf, but was served normal. Luckily I checked and the barista had poured it out and started again. While Covid is a good excuse for them to only use paper cups and serve food in a bag rather than stick the dishwasher on like every other cafe, they were not cleaning the tables in between people. Even though it wasn’t busy most tables had crumbs or drink marks on, the others were out of use. The lady next to me left and disposed of her cup but no one cleaned the table in 15-20 mins so no doubt someone else would just sit there.

Overpriced but not bad

Staff were unable to cope with incoming orders. Incredibly long waits and orders incorrect. Seating areas not cleared or cleaned. Busy city centre on a Saturday clearly need extra staff to cope. Love their coffee but this experience has dampened my enthusiasm

My drink was lovely but the cleaning is awful, every table has a good few mugs, wrappers etc from the previous people.
