Was the wrong coffee which could have made me rather ill. I'm lactose intolerant and don't have caffeine. I ordered my drink the same time as my husband. We were served by a man who was very pleasant and then a woman came in to finish the order. She passed us one coffee after the other. Neither were labeled. She said the second one was the soya, decaff coffee...it wasn't. I've had two sips (to get past the hazelnut), so I might even be sick later just from that.\\n\\nI went back to tell them. The woman insisted that it was soya. I said I'm pretty sure it isn't. I told the man that I really didn't want to take the chance now as I don't want to be ill from a) caffeine and b) dairy. He was kind enough to agree. The woman pretty much bear threw it at me.\\n\\nI have to say I usually come to this Starbucks a lot while making a journey. I think I'll make the detour to Costa instead. They're always very polite.\\n\\n(I'd give this experience 1 star if it wasn't for the understanding gentleman who initially served us, but the woman needs retraining in my honest opinion)

The most disgusting hot chocolate I have ever had. I asked for a regular hot chocolate and received a 3/4 full cup of gross watery chocolate. It tasted worse than a 10p Morrisons own hot chocolate sachet. I was actually repulsed by the taste and worst of all, I was charged £3.60 for it. I could have made a better one at home for less than 20p!!!!!!! Will not go there again. I felt bad for the staff as they have to scam people on a regular basis \\u003e: (

Ordered a grande, when i got on the train i found out it was only 1/4 full
Bought three pastries, received two bags. When I said that doesn't seem enough, was told that it was all there and she confirmed three items. When I sat down to eat my breakfast, found only two.

No filter coffee and would not substitute for an Americano as all other starbucks I've visited have done when their filter wasn't available. To my amazement they informed me that they stop brewing filter coffee at midday which is extrememly early for something offered on the menu. Poor show :-(
