Miserable in here. Staff member named Lauren took our order. Seemed like she had a bad day? Didn't say hello or confirm the order, or if we wanted to eat in, literally just gave a blank stare and told me how much to pay.Toilets are disgusting, same with the tables throughout the store. Filthy and unclean. WiFi was inaccessible.Two stars purely for the drinks being correct.

Awful experience! Lady in front of me left as they had run out of something. I waited to be served, the assistant behind the counter ignored me and started chatting to another member of staff. When he finally acknowledged me, I told him he was rude for ignoring me and chatting over me the left. I won't be returning. Went to Marmalades instead and received exceptional service

I ordered a pumpkin spiced cream cold brew, and was very disappointed. It tasted like literal hotdog water. I let other people try it to make sure I wasn’t crazy, and they all agreed. Very disappointed, because it was almost a £5 drink, and I ended up dumping it.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was ripped off by both servers. They charged my twice for 1 drink. When I showed them that the transaction had gone through twice. They kept denying it. Definitely will not be coming back here!!
