Gave my food to wrong person, then just started making other orders. Never really do reviews, but always have issues here. Clueless staff.

Underfilled sandwiches, unfriendly miserable staff and more expensive then ever. I’ve written multiple complaints to Subway about this branch but unfortunately they still don’t get it right.I think this would’ve already closed down if it wasn’t in a train station and gets alot of passing trade from people who are only likely to eat there once.It was much better run when there was one Prince of Wales road. I would avoid this at all costs.

Even as I type this, I myself cannot believe I’ve experienced something so bad, in an eatery I had such low expectations of in the first place, that I would be motivated to write this review. Please, please do not eat from here. Having never eaten anything from Subway before, which I know you may not believe given that every regional high street stank of the place for a larger part of the 00’s, I felt some trepidation, but given it’s 7pm on a wintery Sunday night I wanted something warm to pass some time before my train. What I got is something I am not convinced even passes for food, I almost went back in to ask them if Punk’d was back and I was on it. I wouldn’t have given these cheese bites or nachos to a rat, be advised not to make the same mistake. Wait until you see an actual rat on the tracks, hold it up to the nearest bulb to cook and gnaw on that, I am sure it would be positively Michelin by comparison to the jumble of ingredients that I threw in the bin just now. Plus they charged me for a bag, which I didn’t take because it had no handles and was therefore useless, and forgot to put my sauce in which might have been the only way these could have been edible.

I came in after arriving at Norwich train station and I needed to grab some lumch so I went in here, I ordered my my usual which was a hearty italian, with philly steak and red onions with honey mustard sauce, it was nice but it was a bit slow to make. I sat and enjoyed my sandwich with a cookie and it's a good value for what you get.

Almost hilarious experience today ordering my food. Staff were rude and almost aggressive got to the end and asked for a bag which the member of staff threw over the counter and just walked off to serve another customer didn’t even bother to take payment!! Good job I’m honest otherwise would have had free lunch ?

This should be a 0 because of the food. Staff friendly and friendly. Unfortunately, the person who made the sub could not or did not know how to fold it together. After struggling, throwing away a tomato and half the filling outside of the bread, she passed it to her cohort. The cohort then compressed everything into a ball and handed it to me. How to eat this??? This is the second time this has happened, not using it again

If you want to pay full price for a half empty salad box even when you have asked for it to be topped up - then this is your go to place. Lunch is supposed to keep you going until teatime but it won't here as its abysmal. A few tiny bits of chicken floating about in a pile of limp lettuce. Sort it out please. We work around the corner and none of us will bother again unless you leave a note here to say you have sorted it out.

Edible, just about.Have been here twice to get cheesy melts before hopping on a train. Clearly unmotivated staff with no sense of urgency when I clearly need to get on a train, but the food was just bad.The melt I got today was advertised as 6 inches, enough to fit 3 pieces of pepperoni on. It was soggy and, quite simply, very small. The melt I got last time has the undercooked cheese sliding off the incredibly soggy base, in a box that made it a mess to pick up.

This place does not even deserve 1 STAR. It's a fat 0 from Me. I visited Subway at Norwich train station 20 minutes ago. I bought my toddler chicken nachos and I asked to have them warmed up and they were stone cold. I had to tell my little one that she can't have them as this might give her a tummy ache. Now, I have to get to Ipswich to warm them up for her. Very disappointing. I ordered chicken teriyaki salad bowl for myself, it's the worst salad bowl I have ever had in years . Slow service ever. The people working there have no clue of what they are doing. Stood in the queue nearly 15 mins.
