I got a large box of noodles and crispy chilli chicken on top! One of my favourite places now! The noodles are fresh, spicy and sweet. The chicken was so crispy but also tender with a really nice sticky chilli sauce. I also got some crispy onions on top! Overall the sauce was the perfect amount and you really get loads for a large! It was very busy but they were very organised and kind. It cost me £6.50 and I would 100% recommend!

A regular favourite since they arrived as part of the exciting new wave of food stalls on Norwich market.Everything cooked up fresh, so expect ~10-12 minute between ordering and it being ready, and they're good at telling you roughly how long it will be. I tend to pick a few groceries up from 2-3 other stalls, so this works well on the timing.Expect a little more spice than more anglicised Chinese restaurants, but it's definitely not excessively hot. I also like the more pan-asian aspect, including Chicken Laksa and Katsu.Portions substantial.Super hard-working husband and wife team, but they still manage to be friendly in amongst rushing everything to be ready.

I've been to Norwich market many times, but it was my first time at this little stall.It's run by a cheeky, friendly and hilarious gentleman, who caters to your requirements and makes your visit here very pleasant.The prices are decent, the food is lovely, it's Halal! And they take card payment!I definitely will visit again, and recommend it to others!

Have been here before many times. Whether the food is with rice or noodles, you're guaranteed a) great food and b) great service. Taste of Shanghai is probably the busiest stall on the market. Dishes I recommend are the katsu chicken, sweet and sour chicken and the crispy chilli chicken.Vegetarian options: They do some vegetarian options, the Massamum veg tempura I recommend.Wheelchair accessibility: The stall is wheelchair accessible.
