Fab place! Good, honest food, cooked just as we like it. Great coffee too. Perfect relaxed atmosphere for meeting friends and chilling. My favourite place in the city ? dog friendly too!

Book a seat..we had to change tables 3 times in 3 hours. Super friendly staff. Chilled vibe. Good wine.

Had lunch here yesterday, it was fabulous. Loved the decor, really cosy vibe. The staff were lovely and the food was spot on.

A really excellent restaurant with a wide range of dishes especially catering for vegan/veggie but not to the exclusion of meat and fish offerings. Great range of drinks, well selected draft beers, wine and spirits. We took our dog who was made very welcome and enjoyed a lot of attention from the staff/owner. We enjoyed chicken thigh with mustard, slow cooked lamb, goat cheese and beetroot salad, followed by Pain au Chocolat bread and butter pudding. Highly recommended.

Cosy quirky cafe / bistro with shortish and delicious menu. Recommend the venison - and the tarragon chicken.Friendly staff. Lovely vibe.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 cocktails before asking if they were on their way , to which they replied no they hadn’t even started making them so we left. Were sat in the basement with barely anyone else there so atmosphere was a bit dead too. Friendly staff though.

My wife and I have visited this lovely cafe several times and always enjoy the cosy atmosphere and quirky decor. The staff are always extremely welcoming and friendly. On this occasion, 13 Jan, we stopped in for lunch. My wife has a gluten, dairy and egg restriction but it is never a problem here, as the menu is varied and interesting, and they also have a range of gluten and vegan desserts on offer too! We would recommend this cafe as a place for family, couples and singles alike. There is also outside seating for those braving the cold weather or for when the warmer months arrive! It represents a place for a cosy coffee or relaxing meal in tasteful decor with great plants! We would always return when we visit Norwich.

I had lunch here today with a friend for the first time since COVID lockdowns in 2020 and was so happy, the atmosphere is still as lovely and charming as I remember, the waitress was really friendly and the food was great.I had poached eggs on avocado toast with rocket, the poached eggs were perfect. We also had a side order of twice cooked fries which were some of the nicest fries I've ever had.One of the nicest lunches and a very delightful afternoon.

We ate lunch and dinner here on the same day which I don't think I've ever done anywhere. The roasted parsnip soup was sublime.Friendly atmosphere and good service. They serve dinner late on Saturday, last orders 9.30ish. Food is good value but dishes are not huge if you want a large dinner.

Stopped off for a breakfast while in Norwich and found this a great place to eat. Very friendly staff and service. We had a couple of tasty breakfasts that were well cooked with excellent presentation. It's got a real cosy feel to the decor and felt lovely and relaxed eating there. Couldn't resist a cheeky little warm apple juice and rum on a cold winters morning with breakfast to start the day off as well! We just turned up as passing, but booking a reservation is probably a good idea, especially on busier times. Will definitely head back again!

Been to this cafe a few times however on last two visits (one in the summer, one last month) when we chose to sit outside, we were given menus and told someone would be with us. On both occasions we waited half an hour before leaving and going somewhere else. It’s a lovely cafe with nice food and a lot of staff, but we always feel like we’ve walked in on a private party where everyone’s hanging around chatting behind the bar/till.
