Fabulous lunch after walking with a group of 10 of us. Very prompt friendly service . The chips were best ever, crisp and dry. Would have no hesitation in recommending this pub.

Pre Christmas Dinner with the family. There was nothing I liked for starter so just had mains and pudding. Everything was cooked well. Service was good. Atmosphere was lovely Christmas songs were playing we were still able to chat amongst ourselves.Parking: Space for around 20 carsWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp so restaurant is easily accessible.

Well what a great place for delicious food. We had fish and chips with peas. The plates were hot and the food very hot. The batter crisp and delicious. The fish cooked to perfection. Amazing chips. Served by a beautiful young lady that was quick and efficient. The pub was clean and had a warm atmosphere.

We went here for steak night. What a lovely location! There was plants for sale, little animals to see, a campsite. A wonderful, charming pub. Our hosts were polite and took the time to chat. Definitely a place to visit.

Great campsite toilet and shower very clean hot water for washing up. Good meal and drinks in the pub nice friendly staff and welcome. Bus stop right outside pub for those who don’t want to drive.Will come again.
