Mega busy Chippy but everything ran like clockwork and was well organised, we didn't have to wait too long. Food was hot and portion sizes were very good. The chips needed more seasoning and I think that they were a bit tight on the salt and vinegar but overall it was very good.Parking: Only a few spaces directly outside but they fill up fast and parking is difficult to find beyond that really as on a busy road and near a roundabout.Kid-friendliness: They sponsor a lot of local kids sports teams which is worth a mention, a very community minded business.

I’m not sure which is the worst bit, the scarecrow they use to police their parking spaces, the overpriced mediocre food or the fact they don’t take card payments, cash only, for obvious reasons. I won’t be contributing to a business that won’t contribute back. Throw in the megaphone the owner uses to shout anyone mistakenly parking in any of the spaces they never need and you’re far better off at the nearby alternative for numerous reasons.

Food is not as good as it was a few years ago. Ordered large haddock, and it came in 2 bits, and one was overcooked.Homemade curry rolls were good though.
